Orkun Ağaoğlu, the founding partner of Agaoglu Attorneys at Law is a practicing attorney as a member of the Ankara Bar Association since 1996.
Mr. Agaoglu has been providing consultancy and representation services to domestic and foreign companies, local branches of multinational corporations, non-governmental organizations, international organizations and diplomatic missions since the very beginning of his professional life.
With an extensive experience, he advises clients in the processes of establishment of companies, branches and representative offices in Türkiye, institutionalization of companies, holdings, public offerings, mergers and acquisitions, energy market activities, competition law as well as corporate governance matters.
He has reputable expertise in terms of public and private international law, covering the legal advice and representation of diplomatic missions, consulates and representative offices of numerous foreign states in Türkiye, for disputes concerning individual and collective labour disputes, lease and property transactions as well as drafting multilateral conventions.
He leads the preventive consultancy services and is actively involved in day-to-day legal requirements of the clients, regulatory compliance and for party representation in litigation and alternative dispute resolution.
