Fatma Mubarek has been practicing law as a member of the Ankara Bar Association since 2018.

She is experienced in litigation proceedings related to labor and social security law and collective labor disputes, actively takes part in collective bargaining negotiations and party representation in alternative dispute resolution processes.

She has extensive experience and up-to-date knowledge in regulatory compliance obligations, risk analysis, contract review, qualified calculations, drafting and revision of employee regulations, as well as national and international practices regarding intellectual and industrial property rights.

She supports and guides clients for ensuring compliance with all data protection obligations under Turkish legislation and EU Legislation (GDPR), including the creation of a personal data inventory.
